  • At Lakshmi Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, all purchases made through our website are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Colour preference
  • Delay caused by courier
  • Customer preference after delivery
  • Customers are requested to carefully review product details before placing an order. Eligible products may qualify for an exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges only under the following conditions.
  • Exchange requests will be accepted if:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Manufacturing defect

  • Be unwashed
  • Be undamaged
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Lakshmi Studio may request photographs or videos before approving an exchange.

  • Replacement will be dispatched if approved.
